During Lent we are inviting every student and faculty member to take a Rice Bowl home and to put your change for the next 40 days into the bowl.  Every dollar that goes into it pays for a family to eat for a day in a developing country.  You can pick up a rice bowl in the theology classrooms and the faculty lounge.

Attention Sophomores and Juniors: The Emperor Science Award offers you a unique opportunity to build a mentor relationship, work on an important cancer research project, and create valuable experiences for an educational resume. You must submit an application and complete a 750-word essay about why scientific research is so important to helping find a cure for cancer. Please see Mrs. Metcalfe in the CMC or check the contest folder on the Library Group’s Plus Portal page.
