Enrollment Process

 As an 8th-grader, the enrollment process is your journey to becoming a Tiger.  

• Shadowing                                                                                                                       

Shadowing is an important step in the enrollment process.  All 7th and 8th grade boys are welcome to spend the day on campus, attending classes, meeting the teachers and having lunch.  You will spend your day with a current freshman experiencing what it is like to be a Tiger.  7th grade boys are invited to shadow January through April.  Schedule your shadow visit online or call the Admissions Office at 634-2145.

• Personal Tour                                                                                                                              

Many families choose to have a personal tour (Parents and student) with a member of our Admissions Department.  This is a one-on-one meeting that will address your questions, allow you to see classes in session and visit all of the facilities on campus.  Please call the Admissions Office to schedule your personal guided tour.

• Open House                                                                                                                                  

Open House is when the campus is available to walk through while meeting various staff, faculty and students.  Opportunities to learn about our Academics, Athletics, Campus Minitries, Extracurricular Activities and all other campus offerings can be discovered at our Open House. 

• Placement Test                                                                                                                                

All 8th grade students interested in applying to St. X must take the Placement Test in December.

• Acceptance Notification                                                                                                               

Once we have the scores from the Placement Test, an Acceptance Notification letter will be mailed.

• Registration for Admission    

A completed registration packet as well as the registration fee must be submitted by February 24th.

• Course Registration                                                                                                                               

Course Registration entails picking up Placement Test results, receiving recommended class schedule and an opportunity to discuss questions with various staff and faculty members.

• Campus Involvement                                                                                                                       

Once registration and application are complete, an incoming freshman may now participate in campus activities such as use of the weightroom and other campus facilities as well as involvement in many of our summer camps and offerings.

• Orientation                                                                                                                                         

This is a two day event in August that eases the transition before classes begin by meeting your teachers and classmates, receiving your locker assignment and other necessary information then celebrating with a cookout!
