What is Xtravaganza?

Xtravaganza is an annual dinner-auction held for the purpose of raising funds for the student financial aid program at Saint Xavier. It is an exciting, fun-filled evening conducted and attended by parents, alumni, and other friends of the school. 

The evening begins with complimentary cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, gourmet dinner, and dessert.   Afterwards, we invite you to participate in our first class auction. Hundreds of items such as a box for the Kentucky Derby, Valhalla Golf Package, UK Football Package, St. X vs. Trinity Football RV Tailgate Package, and much more are auctioned off by a professional auctioneer.

In addition to the Live Auction, Silent Auction items and various Raffles are offered. We also sell chances on our "Wheel of Chance" and at the conclusion of the evening, one lucky person will take home the $40,000 grand prize. Chances are available for $300 each and only 300 are sold.

Xtravaganza 2010 is scheduled for Saturday, April 24. The doors will open at 6:00 p.m. (cocktail hour and viewing of the items) and the dinner will begin at 7:00 p.m. The Live Auction starts at 8:30 p.m.
