REQUEST A SCHEDULE CHANGE

• If there is an error in your schedule or you need to make a change to your schedule, please do the following:

1. Download the Schedule Change Form by clicking HERE.

2. Save the Schedule Change Form to your computer.

3. Fill out the Schedule Change Form and email it as an attachment to schedulechange@saintx.com.  Your request will be answered as soon as possible.  Please be patient.  Include daytime phone numbers (cell if available) so you can be reached for questions.  Note: Lunch period preference does not qualify as a valid reason for a schedule change. You will receive a copy of your revised schedule at orientation.
