Strategic Plan Details

Saint Xavier High School named a Strategic Planning Committee to develop a 2010 - 2015 plan which was approved by the school's Board of Directors in June, 2010.  The initial part of the planning process included several focus groups which provided input on Saint Xavier’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT).  In addition to the focus groups, an online survey was conducted so all those with interest in the planning process could participate.  Several volunteer committees were then developed and they spent much of the spring finalizing their specific plan initiatives.  To view the plan, click here.
