Ultimate Frisbee Club
This club is for those interested in playing Ultimate Frisbee after school. The first meeting of the year occurs right before Labor Day and discusses rules, expectations, and organization. Subsequent meetings involve throwing Frisbees and teaching the types of throws, such as hammers, flicks, and formation. Meetings involve matches where students divide up into teams and enjoy the comradery, sportsmanship, exercise and fun that come with the game of Ultimate Frisbee. Matches are played at several locations based on availability: Lacrosse/Soccer practice field, Germantown fields, George Rogers Park, or St. X's stadium field.
Meeting Frequency: Every Friday after school, weather permitting. Games will be played in several possible locations: Lacrosse/Soccer Practice Field, Germantown fields, George Rogers Park, or St. X's stadium field if available.
