Student Selected for U.S. Senate Page Program

Vincent Ricketts among 29 in nation serving Jan. 28 - June 8 term

Congratulations to junior Vincent Ricketts on his acceptance to the U.S. Senate Page Program sponsored by U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. Pages are paid to deliver correspondence and legislative material within the Congressional Complex, take messages for Members, prepare the Chamber for Senate sessions, and carry bills and amendments to the desk. Vincent was selected for the 2018 Spring Semester which runs from January 28th through June 8th.

He will live and work in Washington, D.C. with 30 other U.S. Senate pages. Of these, two students are from Kentucky. Vincent is a Boy Scout and has achieved his Eagle Rank.

He is a member of the Y-Club, Kentucky Youth Assembly and Kentucky United Nations Assembly. He was recently inducted to the National Honors Society and he is also a member of the wrestling team at St. X. Vincent hopes to pursue politics in college.
