Tiger Youth Theatre is an opportunity for 1st–8th graders to learn theatre skills, work alongside students from St. X, and participate in a live performance.

Who Can Participate

  • Performers: 1st–5th grade students
  • Tech Crew: 6th–8th grade students

Important Dates

  • Kickoff Workshop
    • Thursday, October 15 | 4–5:15 p.m.

       

  • Rehearsals
    • Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:00–5:15 p.m. beginning October 20

Cost

  • $80 participation fee if registered by November 4
  • $100 after November 4
  • The fee will go towards pieces of their costumes. Students may be asked to provide their own pants, skirts, and/or shoes. All participants will receive a t-shirt.

This Year’s Show

Friday, December 4 at 6:30 PM

Winnie the Pooh KIDS, a short one-act musical set in the One Hundred Acre Wood. Pooh Bear and all of his friends from the classic children's books and animated film band together to rescue their friend, Christopher Robin.

Performance Ticket Sales

We have partnered with the non-profit hospice facility called The Hildegard House for all Tiger Youth Theatre performances. For admission, we ask patrons to bring items from their supplies wishlist.

Personal Care

  • Baby wipes
  • Exam gloves (vinyl or nitrile; sizes small, medium, and large)
  • Chapstick (unscented)
  • Body lotion (unscented)
  • Body wash (sensitive skin, Aveeno preferred)
  • Barrier cream (diaper cream)
  • Rinse-free shampoo caps

Household Supplies

  • Bottled water
  • Air freshener
  • Paper towels
  • Swiffer pads (wet and dry)

Food & Beverages

  • Soda
  • Snacks (chips, cookies, crackers, Rice Krispies Treats, etc.)
  • Fruit cups
