This is an introduction to our strength and conditioning program. We will teach our expectations, proper weight room procedure, proper technique, and give each student at-home exercises to be completed each week. In addition to work in the weight room, we will also work on speed, agility, and conditioning. Due to space being limited, ONLY SIGN UP IF THE STUDENT WILL MAKE THE MAJORITY OF THE SESSIONS.
