In 2016, the Saint Xavier High School Board of Directors adopted a 5-year strategic plan that included a number of aspirations. One of those key aspirations was to become a more diverse learning community of students, faculty, and staff. Inclusivity is applied to the areas of academics, socioeconomic, geographic, and racial diversity. St. X has seen a 50% increase in our racial diversity in the last five years. One contributing factor has been building relationships in the community. We graduated our first two West End School students in the Class of 2020, and we are welcoming five more in the Class of 2024. We also maintain a strong relationship with Nativity Academy and Community Catholic Center.
