1. Create Your Profile

Let's get to know each other.

Create your parent account so that you can have access to Saint Xavier High School Admissions Events. Please create one account per family.

Once you have created your parent account, you will be able to begin the admissions process and access the Admissions Checklist for your son.

2. Visit Campus

Shadow Experience

See what St. X is really like! Boys in 7th or 8th grade can follow a current student through a regular school day to observe classes, enjoy lunch, and experience the brotherhood of Saint Xavier.

Walkabout Wednesday

Parents of 8th-grade students can experience St. X firsthand during a typical school day: tour campus, meet with school administrators, and engage with the Admissions Team.

Open House

Explore our diverse athletics programs, clubs, activities, and academic offerings. This annual event is the perfect opportunity to see all the ways Saint Xavier High School can help your student find their place and achieve excellence.

3. Take Placement Test

The High School Placement Test helps us place each student in one of our five specialized academic programs. The HSPT is just one part of our holistic approach to ensure a smooth transition to high school for every student and is an essential step in the admissions process for 8th-grade students. St. X works closely with families and previous schools to ensure the best fit for each student.

4. Apply for Tuition Assistance

We offer a comprehensive scholarship and financial assistance program to support families in making this investment in their son’s future.

5. Complete Your Application

Once you receive your acceptance letter, the next step is to submit your application along with a $100 registration fee.

Placement test results, along with curriculum details and recommended course placements, will be provided at Course Registration Night. This event also allows you to ask questions and interact with faculty and staff.
