Option 1: Tuition of $17,000; payable in one payment due July 1, 2026.

Option 2: Three equal payments of $5,765 to be paid on July 1, 2026, November 2, 2026, and February 1, 2027; all fees paid by July 1, 2026.

Option 3: Three equal payments of $5,765, plus fees split equally, with payments on July 1, 2026, November 2, 2026, and February 1, 2027.

Option 4: Ten equal payments of $1,750, monthly payments from July 2026-April 2027; all fees paid by July 1, 2026.

Option 5: Ten equal payments of $1,750 plus fees split, with monthly payments from July 2026-April 2027; all fees paid by July 1, 2026.

Current Saint Xavier Families
Families will be automatically enrolled for 2026-27 in the tuition payment plan utilized in 2025-26. If a different plan is desired, please contact the St. X Business Office at 502.634.2130.

New Saint Xavier Families
New families will receive an email notification with instructions from FACTS and must select a tuition payment plan. Once a payment plan has been selected, your account will be in “pending status,” and Saint Xavier will finalize all plans before payments begin. If your family qualified for tuition assistance, the total amount will be credited to your son’s account before payments begin. 

Please note: students playing KHSAA sports are eligible to participate only when the tuition is paid by an immediate family member, except for that portion provided by the school through the tuition assistance process.

All accounts and banking information must be updated and current by April 20, 2026.

Freshman

• $100 one-time Admission/Registration fee
• $40 one-time P.E. Uniform fee
• $70 one-time freshman retreat fee

Upperclassmen

• $70-$200 optional retreats

Senior

• $300 Graduation

All Students

• $400 annual technology fee; this fee covers a school-issued iPad, various Apps, and technology management infrastructure.
• $250 activity fee; this fee covers participation in all athletics, after-school clubs, student admission to all home athletic events, a school yearbook, and coverage under the school's student accident insurance plan.

These fees will be added to your FACTS tuition account.

Other Expenses

• Textbooks: The estimated annual cost ranges from $200-$500.
• Lunch: Meal plans are available through FLIK or students may elect to bring their own lunch.

Tuition is due according to the payment plan selected. The amount of any tuition assistance grant that is awarded is deducted from the annual tuition, and the balance of tuition is due according to the payment plan selected. 

Should a student leave for any reason during the school year, parents are responsible for tuition according to the following:

• 25% of tuition from the first day of school through September 30
• 50% of tuition from October 1st through November 30
• 75% of tuition from December 1st through January 31
• 100% of tuition after January 31

Bus and other school fees are are non-refundable.

Saint Xavier offers tuition reduction grants to students whose families demonstrate financial need. The tuition assistance program reflects a significant commitment from the Xaverian Brothers, Saint Xavier alumni, parents, and other benefactors of the school. The mission of our financial assistance program is to make the benefits of a Catholic education at Saint Xavier available to as many families as possible. Saint Xavier offers financial assistance regardless of race or religion. 

Families interested in financial aid will need to complete the online application using their FACTS Account.

Brother Cornelius Hubbuch, C.F.X. '54 Placement Test Scholarship

Named for beloved Xaverian Brother Cornie Hubbuch, this scholarship is awarded to the top 25 scorers on the Placement Test. It honors students who exemplify academic excellence and dedication, values that defined Brother Cornie’s lifelong commitment to education and service.

The top 10 scorers receive a $3,000 annual scholarship, while the next 15 receive $2,000 annually. Scholarships are renewable each year for students who maintain a 3.6 GPA and uphold the integrity, honor, and positive attitude expected of all St. X students.

Students must take the Placement Test at St. X to qualify. Recipients may also apply for need-based financial aid.
