Brother Isidore Kuppel, C.F.X. founded the Saint Xavier High School Alumni Association in 1884. The first graduate of Saint Xavier, Francis A. Menne, Class of 1873, served as the association's first president. Currently, the association has more than 28,000 members, with graduates residing in 50 states and at least 20 foreign countries.

Rick Blair, Class of 1966, is the Alumni Association President effective July 1, 2023. He has actively served as a board member of the Alumni Association since July, 2019. He coordinates numerous alumni activities, assisted by the Alumni Association board and its committees.

All graduates of Saint Xavier High School are considered members of the association. Members can participate with the association in many ways. Some of these ways include:

  • Volunteering to serve on a class reunion committee
  • Volunteering to call/text at the annual Alumni Phonathon
  • Participating in one of the many events, including the Alumni Golf Outing, Alumni Retreat, Day-at-the-Races, the Alumni Tailgate, or the Hall of Honors Induction Dinner. St. X also hosts several regional events throughout the year.
