Capital Projects

Investing in our long-term growth
Capital giving enables St. X to invest in state-of-the-art academic and athletic facilities, enhancing the opportunities and resources available to students, faculty, and staff.

William C. Wolford ’82 Football Center
Anticipated to start construction in late 2025, this 10,000-square-foot facility will house 220+ athletes, provide meeting spaces for coaches, and offer new locker rooms for our wrestling team and freshman PE program.

Science Department Renovation Project
We are reimagining our Science Department to feature state-of-the-art labs, modern teaching spaces, and enhanced facilities that support dynamic, hands-on learning. This renovation reflects our commitment to preparing students for advanced study and careers in STEM by providing access to cutting-edge equipment and intentionally designed environments that foster innovation, curiosity, and safety.
Classroom Renovation Project
We're committed to creating modern, student-centered classrooms that enhance instruction and maximize learning. While 75% of our classrooms were renovated from 2022 - 2024, 20 still need updates to ensure all students have equitable learning environments. Each renovated space will feature new carpeting, modular desks, multiple display screens, and advanced digital connectivity.

Brown-Forman Cultural Arts Center Renovation Project
We are modernizing the Brown-Forman Cultural Arts Center with a full upgrade to its aging lighting and sound systems, our first major investment in over 25 years. These improvements will enhance safety, reduce costly rentals, and give students hands-on experience with industry-standard technology. With the launch of The Lumen Theater Company, this renovation marks an exciting new chapter for the arts at St. X, expanding opportunities for students and elevating productions, concerts, and school-wide events to meet the highest standards.
The Coach Joe Bergamini ’73 Basketball Renovation Project
Saint Xavier is modernizing the Bergamini Basketball Locker Room to enhance the student-athlete experience and elevate our facilities to top-tier standards. The renovation includes new individual lockers, private shower and training areas, team laundry, and dedicated video and meeting space.
With an investment of just under $400,000, this project, driven by the leadership and momentum of Coach Kevin Klein, will strengthen Tiger Basketball and support all sports housed in the Horton Fieldhouse.
