Saint Xavier Welcomes Josh Hawkins as Executive Director of Institutional Advancement

Saint Xavier High School is pleased to announce the appointment of Josh Hawkins as Executive Director of Institutional Advancement. In this leadership role, Hawkins will oversee alumni engagement, annual giving, advancement services, and alumni and special events, helping foster meaningful relationships and support the school's long-term priorities.

Hawkins brings more than 20 years of advancement experience to St. X, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving at the University of Louisville. During his tenure, he led a team of advancement professionals focused on building strong connections with university graduates and alumni association volunteers while securing significant philanthropic support from alumni.

"His extensive experience at the University of Louisville and proven leadership in advancement make him an outstanding addition to our team. As we enter an exciting new chapter, we are confident his expertise will help strengthen our mission and expand opportunities for the future of our community."

Hawkins said he is eager to join the St. X community and build on the school's strong foundation.

A native of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Hawkins earned his undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University. He and his fiancée, Maddy, are the proud parents of four children: Kennedy, Davis, Samuel, and Poppy.
