The Flik culinary team is honored to have the opportunity to provide breakfast, lunch, after-school snacks, and catering services to the Saint Xavier community.

We are eager to use our new kitchen and food service facilities.  Our goal is to provide an enjoyable and exciting dining experience for all.  We pride ourselves in preparing high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients.  The menus are constantly changing in order to meet students' needs.  We offer well-balanced meal options every day with a variety of soups, entrees, vegetarian items, deli selections, and bountiful salads.



Flik will continue its sponsorship of the Culinary Club for the 10th year. This elite group of young men will venture into the wonderful world of Culinary Arts. Beginning August 29th, the Club will meet every other Monday immediately after school in the St. X kitchen. The Club is moderated by Ms. Amy Brooks and the FLIK Culinary Team.  Club meetings, which will last about two hours, will start with a basic skills lesson.  This club can help prepare students for life and a possible future in Culinary Arts! There is no fee to join and membership is open to all students.
