All St. X parents are invited to join the Parent Prayer Group each Friday when school is in session (beginning August 23, 2024) from 8:00-8:30 a.m. in the Goetz Chapel. The group shares selected verses, entreats special intentions, and prays for students by name. Throughout the school year, every student’s name will be lifted up in prayer at least once. 

Parents are welcome to attend in person or may join remotely via Zoom. By providing your email address, you will receive reminders, the prayer outline for each week, intentions, the names of the students being prayed for that week, and the Zoom link should you wish to join remotely. Whether you can attend in person, remotely, or by receiving each week’s outline to pray on your own, you stand with a community that celebrates faith and the St. X family.

If you plan to attend in person, enter the campus at the traffic light and park in Ryken Lot.  You will need to sign in at the receptionist's desk.

Classroom Proctor
Campus Ministry organizes 15 off-campus, 1 and 3-day retreats with more than 720 student participants. The success of these retreats is due to the faculty who sacrifice many hours to prepare and lead these retreats. We need volunteers to proctor the classrooms while these individuals serve in the very important role of retreat leader. As a proctor, you will take attendance, monitor the class, and ensure the students have the work provided by the teacher. School administration and staff are available to support you. The time commitment is up to you; it may range from as little as two hours a day to the full, 7-hour school day.

Service Project Chaperone
Consistent with the Saint Xavier mission and educational philosophy, we have a vibrant service program. As we expand the opportunities and projects offered, parents willing to chaperone students, working side-by-side with them on service outings, are needed.
