The Flik culinary team is proud to serve the St. X community, offering fresh, flavorful, and nutritious meals that support a healthy lifestyle. Students can pay with cash, a bundle plan, or a declining balance account, which must be activated before each semester. Meal plan sign-ups for the 2025–2026 school year begin on July 14, 2025.

All students must complete at least 42 service hours during their four years. Minimum requirements: freshmen - 6 hours, sophomores - 12 hours, and juniors - 24 hours. Students should use MobileServe to find service opportunities and record volunteer/service hours.

Banquet Registration

iPad

• Model
  • Every freshman receives the latest iPad Pro model. It's important that the iPad lasts and performs at a high level throughout his time at Saint X. Upperclassmen transfer students will receive the same iPad model as the rest of their class.
• Case
  • StX will provide a case with the iPad. The iPad is required to remain in a case at all times to ensure proper protection and functionality.  You may opt to purchase a different case if you choose.
• Apple Pencils & Keyboards
  • ApplePencils and keyboards are optional (not provided).  We recommend waiting until after the start of the school year to purchase these items if you choose, that way you know the exact model and how your son will be using it.
• Repairs & Replacement
  • All student iPads come with AppleCare+, which provides coverage for the full four years of their education. AppleCare+ covers accidental damage such as drops and spills, with a $100 deductible per incident. ($50 for Class of 2026 and 2027 non-M4 iPads).
  • All iPad repairs/replacements must go through STX IT. DO NOT REPLACE IT ON YOUR OWN.
  • To start a repair, see Mr. Dan Able in the IT department.
  • AppleCare does not cover lost/stolen iPads.  As soon as you realize the iPad may be missing, contact Dan Able in the IT department (dable@saintx.com).  We will make every effort to help locate the device, but if we are unsuccessful you will need to purchase a replacement from St X for a prorated fee.
• Management
  • Through the use of Mobile Device Management (MDM), each iPad can be remotely managed and secured, enabling IT staff to consistently enforce school policies. Additionally, all traffic is monitored by our firewall.
  • In addition to our Mobile Device Management (MDM) and firewall solutions, teachers also utilize Apple Classroom. This tool enables them to guide instruction, share materials, and manage student devices to support a more personalized learning experience.

  • Although we allow iMessage on school owned iPads, students are not permitted to text during class. Please refrain from texting your son during school hours. If you have an urgent message for him, please call the office at 502-637-4712. 

Plus Portals

• Through Plus Portals you can view report cards, attendance, discipline records, and transcripts with this account. 
• Parents will receive a link to activate a parent Plus Portals account approximately two weeks before the start of school. 
• Students will also receive their own account as well where they can view their report cards and enroll into classes. Student emails are sent to their stxtigers.com email address. 

Schoology

• Schoology is the main way students will receive, view, and submit assignments from their teachers. They can also view course material, the syllabus, and other important information from the course’s schoology page. 
• Parents will receive an email to activate their parent account, so that they can view assignments and check grades. Emails are sent out approximately two weeks before school starts. 
• Schoology can be accessed through the web at app.schoology.com or by using the app (apple or android)

School Pass & Emergency Alerts

• Parents can use school pass to notify school of a late arrival or early dismissal need.
• Get the school pass app for apple or android and keep an eye out for your welcome email in early August to set up your school pass account.
• We also use SchoolPass to send weather and other emergency alerts. Some parents may need to opt-in to receive these alerts via text. To ensure that you do not miss important information, check the following settings on your SchoolPass app.
  • Open the app and tap on the three-line icon in the upper left.
  • Tap “View Profile.”
  • Tap “Notification Settings.”
  • Agree to the terms of service and allow notifications.

GoKid

• Easily connect with nearby families. Perfect for coordinating rides for school and activities.
